How fast do you ship something to production? +

Do we own the workflows you build? +
Yes — fully. The n8n flows, the LangGraph code, the evals, the dashboards, all of it ships into your repos and your infra. We're proud of clients who eventually don't need us. If you ever do want to take the on‑call back, we hand you the runbooks the same week.
What about data security and compliance? +
We deploy into your VPC by default. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA BAA available. PII redaction is on by default for every model call. Every agent action is logged to an immutable ledger with the prompt, the response, and the human who approved it (when applicable).
Which LLM do you use? +
Whatever wins the eval. We benchmark Claude, GPT, Gemini and several open‑weight models per workflow and pick on cost × accuracy × latency. The orchestration layer means swapping a model is a config change, not a rewrite.
What does an engagement cost? +
Audit + first workflow live: typically $24–48k flat. Ongoing operate & expand: retainer scales with the number of workflows under SLA, starting at $12k/month. We refund the audit if we don't find at least 3× ROI on the first proposed automation.
Will this replace our team? +

What happens when an agent makes a mistake? +
Every action has a confidence threshold and a human‑approval gate above it. Below threshold the agent acts; above it, it queues a one‑click Slack approval. Wrong actions are reverted by the same workflow that performed them — every run is idempotent and every change is logged. You can replay any incident frame‑by‑frame in LangSmith.
Can we run a pilot before committing to anything bigger? +
The standard engagement IS a pilot. Two weeks, one production workflow, fixed price. If the eval doesn't show the predicted ROI by the end, you walk away with everything we built — code, prompts, evals, dashboards. We've never had a client walk.
Do you integrate with legacy or custom systems? +
If it has an API, a database, or a screen — yes. We've connected workflows to mainframe SOAP endpoints, RPA browser bots over AS/400 terminals, and bespoke ERPs from the early 2000s. The presence of a legacy system changes the timeline, not the feasibility.
Will my team need to learn new tools? +
No new tools. Agents act inside the tools you already pay for — HubSpot, Slack, Linear, Notion, your CRM. The only new surface is a single Slack channel for approving the things above the confidence threshold. Average training time per teammate: 15 minutes.
What if we want to end the engagement? +
