• One client per partner per quarter. We don't scale by hiring more juniors; we scale by shipping faster.
• Audit before contract. A free 5‑day audit. We tell you which three automations to build first and what they're worth. If the numbers don't work, we say so.
• Two‑week pilot. One production workflow, fixed price, eval‑gated. You can walk away with everything we built.
• Production from day one. No staging. No "we'll roll it out next quarter." If we ship it, it runs.
• Hand back the keys. Every workflow lives in your repo, your VPC, your CRM. We're proud of clients who eventually don't need us.

Where we are

Based in Łódź, Poland, working with clients across the EU. We're a focused team of 4 specialists — each one ships end‑to‑end on their engagements, no juniors carrying the load. We hire slowly and pay above market.

What we don't do
