How we hire

  1. 30‑min intro call — values, scope, money. Whichever side says no first, no hard feelings.
  2. Paid project — 8–12 hours of work, paid at your day rate, on a problem we'd actually pay you to solve. No whiteboards, no algorithms.
  3. Project review & team day — you present the work to the team. We discuss tradeoffs.
  4. Reference calls + offer — usually within 10 business days of the team day.
